At Get Some JaFun, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, personalized products that are made-to-order. Due to the nature of our merchandise, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Returns Policy
Since all of our products are made-to-order and often personalized with unique names, words, or designs, we do not accept returns. This policy is in place because each item is specifically created for the individual customer who placed the order.
Note: If you made a mistake when ordering a color, size, or design, or if you simply changed your mind after placing the order, we cannot issue a reprint or refund.
Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to an issue with your order, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your product. You may initiate your Refund or Reprint requests by sending us an email at info@getsomejafun.com.
- Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times. You may contact your bank for further information.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 21 days of receiving the item.
- How to Report: Email us at info@getsomejafun.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product for us to inspect where and how the damage occurred.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will either offer a refund or arrange for a reprint of the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation
Our products are custom-made, with many featuring personalized options such as including your name in the design. Due to the unique nature of our offerings, cancellations can only be made within 6 hours of placing your order. After this window, production begins, and we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a truly personalized experience for each of our customers.
Exchanges
Given that each product is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges. Please ensure that you select the correct size, color, and design before finalizing your order.
International Orders
The same policies apply to international orders. If an item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your product, and we will work to resolve the issue.
